I loved these nachos! I like the marinated artichokes, but never really knew what to put them on, so these were perfect. Super easy and super yummy!!
Someone left a comment saying these were bland, they must have gotten the artichokes that weren't marinated because the marinated ones have a lot of flavor! (and I am a salty and spicy food lover!
    Thanks Sandra!

I liked them, I thought the artichokes were a creative addition to the nachos. I eat mostly vegetarian while at home and this was an easy, fast recipe and quite filling too.

This recipie was utterly disgusting, I have not put something in my mouth this repulsive since my trip to the slums of Southern Mexico, where small rodents is their main staple food.

I made this recipe for my husband's birthday party. It was yummy but the chips are a bit dry. One friend absolutely loved it. I think next time I'll add a litte gucamole.

They were mediocre at best. Looked better than tasted. Kind of bland. I guess I belong to the club who needs a little kick when it comes to nachos. Would have preferred jalapeno or something spicy instead of oily artichokes. But if you like bland food with a gourmet look than this is the dish for you

This is a tasty recipe when served cold as well. Just omit broiling the dish and dip your nachos in the dip! YUM!

It is so incredibly easy and inexpensive. My husband and I can sit down and eat a ton of these. It almost tastes like a mix between artichoke dip and nachose. It is light and yummy!
