I used dill, rosemary and black pepper with the olive oil; and feta cheese because that's what I had. Everyone loved them! And super easy to make!

This was so delicious and easy using ingredients I had on hand. I had to call my food buddies to share the reciipe immediately. I used blue cheese on some and feta on some. Both were fabulous.

I made this as an appetizer for my Supper Club on Saturday with a few adaptations. I split the biscuits horizontally so they were smaller and baked them in regular sized muffin tins. I used crumbled feta cheese flavored with tomato and basil instead of the blue cheese and they were outstanding. I am eating the leftovers for lunch. Next time, to increase the filling to dough ratio, I am thinking about cutting the biscuits in four (or splitting them in thirds to get more of the great topping flavor.

I made this for a vegetarian night dinner. I used pizza dough instead of the biscuts. My husband and I both loved it. Will definitely make this again.

I plan to make her version and some of your recipes. All sound awesome. I'm from New Orleans and I think topping it with olive salad mix would make it an interesting muffelatta focaccini.

    I'll keep y'all posted!

I made this for a party I just had but instead of making them flat I put the halved grand biscuits into a muffin baking sheet and turned them into deep dish pizzas. I used a little marinara sauce and different toppings with mozzerella cheese on top. It was a hit!
