My 4-year old and I watched this on a Saturday and she insisted we make it with dinner that night. It was simple enough that she felt useful and was able to get her hands dirty. She loved mixing, flattening out the biscuits and brushing on the oil. We used Feta instead of the blue cheese, but, otherwise, followed it to the t and it was absolutely amazing. My daughter was so proud of herself for making these great little focaccini's!!!!

This recipe couldn't be more easier and have so much flavor! I don't care too much for Feta cheese, so I topped mine with shredded swiss cheese. That's the only change I made, and it was too easy for words! I would HIGHLY recommend!!! Enjoy!

This was so easy, I used canned artichokes in water because I think the flavor of marinated ones is too strong. I used feta cheese instead of blue cheese, and some fresh herbs in addition to the italian seasoning and garlic in the olive oil. This is so quick and easy but is very impressive when served. I topped each one with a sprig of fresh oregano. TRY THIS!

Instead of brushing the dough with olive oli, crushed garlic and itilian seasoning. I deluted store bought pesto sauce with olive oil added far more garlic than reccomended in this recipe and italian seasoning. I brushed the dough with this mixture. I also used tomato basil feta cheese instead of blue cheese because its what i had on hand. I took them to a baby shower and everyone raved they were great. Next time I'm going to add some jarred roasted bell pepper slivers on top.

Overall we liked this recipe but we would tweak it just a bit the next time. Perhaps using less of the olive oil and adding a dash of balsamic vinegar for a bit more of a zip. Seemed like it needed just a bit more "spice".
A very nice looking dish that you could feel good about serving for all occasions. Might try using the smaller biscuits for a finger food.

I'm surprised the other reviewer didn't enjoy this recipe. Maybe I just had low expectations. : My daughter and I just made it and I was extremely impressed! It tasted like a gourmet pizza and was incredibly easy to make. Not only that, it looks really cute. I might make these again tomorrow for a football party we're having. I'd say give it a try!

FYI, I used the already prepared minced garlic instead of crushed but it came out great.

This was really good. I did add alot more chopped garlic and italian seasoning based on our tastes. I think the amount listed is not enough to give it enough flavor. Was very tasty with a salad for dinner last night. Would make again.

They were so easy and all my girlfriends were so impressed. I made a few variations to this recipe. I made them how Sandra said but them I made a few with the artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers with asiago cheese. I wasn't sure everyone liked blue cheese. You could make some with goat cheese too.
