I'm very intimidated by ribs. So when I watched this, i thought I can do this. I have made this several times and everyone always loves them. This recipe is perfect for beginners.

This was easy and very delicious. I did add a cup of red wine and a bay leaf to the dutch oven.

These ribs are the best I have ever had. Whenever my husband makes them, everyone raves about them!! It really depends on the rack though, when we get a good, meaty, rack of ribs from the grocery store they are really amazing. We did it once with a rack with little meat and it wasn't as good.

I simmered the ribs on very low heat for 2 hrs and it worked very well. I have tried several recipes and this one worked! Will save and use many times to come. I used another sauce, however.

IS A GOOD THING NOT WHILE YOU'RE GRILLING. BABY BACKS DON'T REQUIRE ALL THAT TENDERIZING. BOILING MEAT IN WATER EXTRACTS FLAVOR, THE REASON THESE ARE MUSHY AND FLAVORLESS. YOU ALSO CAN'T GET GREAT CARAMELIZATION AS AFTER ALL THAT BOILING ALL OF THE FAT AND NATURAL SUGARS ARE THEN IN THE BOILING LIQUID BABY BACKS JUST NEED TO BE ON THE GRILL THEN BRUSH SAUCE ON AT THE END OFTHE COOKING

They are great! I found Boneless Babyback Ribs at our local Fareway. I have made them several times this way. The beef broth really gives flavor and I do cool them before grilling. I think that helps them NOT to fall apart. You do need to simmer gently. Thanks and YUM!
