The meat fell off the bone all right. It was virtually pre-digested. Nice recipe for pork stock though.

this is a frightful recipe. the ribs come out terribly overcooked (there IS a difference between falling-off-the-bone and totally degenerated. this is a recipe for eating BBQ sauce with bones.
