Thought it was great. All kids, ages 9-16, loved it. Tried it with a different fish the first time. The trout was much better. Make sure the bacon gets crispy. Everytime I fix this for company, everyone loves it.

This is a great recipe and may be used on other fishes. I used Orange Roughy.

I saw the show and thought the dish looked great. I made it for my boyfriend, who loved it! I used talapia instead of tuna, since I had it in the freezer. We also used the A1 Cajun marinade. The dish looked great and tasted awesome...and I normally don't like spice! Great job Sandra Lee!

Loved this spicy bacon trout! The directions were so easy to follow, and the results were delicious!

The Cajun seasoning in the sauce was too much -- I would cut back on that to 1/2 T, but that is a personal preference. Also, I wasn't sure what to do with the bacon after cooking becuase I don't eat the fish skin. I really liked the idea, but don't think I'll make this one again.

And a very messy dish to make. Looked bad, too.

The fish was really nasty and unappetizing. It was all falling apart and tasted like a musty basement.

This was very good. It was not the easiest task to master the twine and bacon, but by the second fish it was all good. If made correctly, the dish turns out very flavorful. My boyfriend loved it, especially the garnishing sauce. Sandra you did a great job!!

Mine didn't look as good as the picture on the website.
