I just bought a burger pocket press at Sonoma for $12.00. I'm trying the recipe tonight. Thanks for the tip on doubling the hot sauce. I love it hot. Instead of American cheese, for a bit more kick use Tostidos medium cheese.

This was good, but I would definitely recommend doubling the hot sauce and using more than a spoonful of cheese mixture. My entire family is sensitive to spiciness, and we all agreed that it could use more hot sauce. Only using a spoonful of the cheese causes quite a bit to be left over, and only gives the burgers a little flavor. I recommend using a quarter of the cheese mixture per burger.

It was SO GOOD! I used ground turkey instead of ground beef...but it still tasted wonderful! This was the first recipe that I tried from Sunny and it was so good that I decided to try more! One of the burgers oozed out some filling, but that was because I didn't close it right. A must try for anyone who loves a good burger!

OMG!!! That's right I said OMG! = This recipe was SO easy and so yummy! It's a great alternative to your regular bacon cheese burger. I made it with ground turkey & turkey bacon and added a bit a worschester (sp? sauce BUT it was still delicious!

This was so delicious! It's a little extra prep to get it all inside, but it's worth it. I had a hard time getting my burgers to stay together. Two came apart and two stayed together. I think next time I may sear the edges before I put the burgers on, but I'm sure the problem was on my part. To be honest, the bun and the fixins took away from the burger. Maybe next time I'll just have it solo.

How can she not put the cooking of the bacon ahead of the mixing of the ground beef...Very difficult to follow. I'll update the rating if my clients like it anyway but I'm doubtful.
