    1. Much too sweet 2. Herbs De Provance were awful, especially when mixed with the fruit, sugar and sweet potatoes 3. Pork chops were very tough and overcooked

From watching the show, I thought this would be a winner, but the pork chops never browned, and were just awful. Always looking for a good pork chop recipe, but this isn't it.

I already made another main dish, but was eager to try the sweet potatos and pears as a side. I loved it. I never thought of combining the two, but it worked very good and is a satisfying comfort food. Good as leftovers.

The pork chops were tender and moist. We loved them. I also have made her five bean chili and it is the easiest and best that I have ever had. I will continue to trust her recipes and try them all. She's great!!!!!!

This recipe is so wrong about cooking time and temperature. The pork chops are red and raw in the middle when you follow these directions. I didn't use the herbs d'provance because I hate the taste but I did use the sweet potatoes and pears and found that they didn't cook correctly with the pork chops. Altogether a logistical nightmare.

This is way too low of a temp. for 3/4 inch pork chops!!! They were still raw and not even lightly brown. I threw them in the broiler unit of stove and they got done, but don't think I would try this recipe again!! :-(

My whole family loved this recipe. The sweet potatoes and pears were great. I recommend this to everyone.

The herbs d' provence were just a very wrong seasoning for this dish. The flavor clashed mightily, especially since so much sugar is involved. The pears disintegrated into mush, like applesauce.

What a great combo and the recipe was easy to follow. This is a must try.
