I like all the ingredients separately but put together like this, they were bad. A very random dish.

I thought that this recipe was alright but I just didn't use the sugar so that it wasn't so sweet. I will try it again with some sugar but it overall was Okay.

Too sweet and Italian dressing not good with the fruit. This is not a recipe we'll make again

The taste combinations used in this dish do not go well together. First, the pear and sweet potato dish. This ended up with a very odd texture. It was also very sweet, but with no other flavor. It was more a dessert than a side dish, and even then it didn't make a good dessert. And there was a mistake in the recipe or this cook knows nothing about cooking - souffles must have eggs in them.

The herb mixture on the pork chops didn't work, either. Herbs de Provence is a powerful ingredient, and it tastes like potpourri if not used properly - like in this recipe.

The italian dressing and herbs d'provence didn't compliment the pork and were pretty lousy with the pears. Will not make this one again.

Fresh pears and canned sweet potaotes don't really cook at the same rate, so the texture was odd. Plus it was way, way too sweet.

This dish was amazing. If you make part of a recipe you haven't really made the recipe. Please don't review recipes you haven't made. It doesn't make any sense.
