    Needs these modifications:

Base-Slice the bananas then lightly toss the brown sugar and chips, last fold in softened butter. Choose firm, yet ripe bananas or they will go to mush! (I used dark chocolate to avoid over-sweetening

Crumble-Form a well in the middle of dry ingredients with ALL of the milk and remaining butter and CUT into dry.

Whipped Topping-I made the homemade topping, but for the cost of purchasing heavy cream just purchasing some Redi-Whip would be well worth the investment!

Overall it was VERY tasty, NOT too sweet and my bananas kept their consistency (reminded me of bananas foster in the bottom.

Very very sweet!! You need a tall glass of milk to wash it down. May be a little too sweet.... I was also confused on the milk-- says 1/4 cup in ingredients, but only tells you to use 2T in the directions. The bananas did not turn out dry as described by others, however, I used ripe bananas (not green and made sure they were completely covered by the crumble mixture.

My family LOVED this treat tonight! I used dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet simply because it's all we had at home. I also baked it in individual soufflé cups which they all loved. The bananas were saucy and amazing!

I did not like it at all. The bananas dried up, it seems like it needed a sauce or something. Don't waste your time. Ps...Paula's chocolate pecan cobbler is to die for!

It was not good. I would not even give it 1 star. The texture of the bananas after cooking, not to my liking and the crumble was totally gross! Not tasty at all. The only thing that could make me want to eat it is the cream on top!

Sandra's baking mix is 6cups all purpose flour, 3 tablespoons baking powder, 1 tablespoon salt and 3/4 cup shortening.

Yes, I agree easy to make, although what is baking mix???? I have used flour.....so we will see what the result is, a link to what baking mix is would be helpful, and I put all the milk into the crumble mix too.

This was a very easy recipe. Very fudgy. I feel that the chocolate overpowers the bananas. One confusing thing was that the recipe called for 1/4 c. milk (divided - told you to add 2 T. to the baking mix and cocoa mixture but not where the other 2T. go. My guess is that it should all go in the baking mix.

    Probably won't make it again.
