My Fiance made these one night and I absolutely love them!! We both loved them! I loved them so much I asked him to make me these for supper on my birthday instead of taking me out. they are awesome, perfect blend of everything I wouldn't change anything, except added a little more bacon bits. Must Try! Yumm!! Cooking times do vary, ours took about 45-50 minutes in the oven.

Also meant to mention that I did not mix the sauce with the potatoes, but just added a drizzle on top when I served it. . . .and everyone added more!

I had to tweak the recipes a bit but not much. YUM! Sandra, you made a believer out of me--at least for this recipe. I made it for Christmas brunch and all 7 of us liked it very much. Thank you. I did make the sour cream sauce the night before so the flavors would meld overnight. I think that was a good idea and I used my panini maker to grill up the potatoes. Thanks!

I enjoyed the potatoes, but would leave out the Worchestershire sauce next time. The combo of it with sour cream didn't blend well in my opinion. I also used about 1/2 cup more back bits then the recipe calls for. I couldn't taste the hot sauce at all. Next time I'll add more. I also added some of the bbq seasoning to the sour cream mixture and sprinkled cheese over the potatoes as soon as they came out of the oven. The potatoes were cut in quarters and it still took 35 mins to cook.

The potatoes were plain, didn't taste the bbq flavor at all. The hot sauce in the sour cream bacon sauce was too over powering, couldn't taste any bacon.

excellent dish!!! cooked these yesturday with some rib eye steak and they were the perfect match! i did everything that the recipe said and we used red potatoes instead of new potatoes. they still had amazing flavor with the sauce. we did have to increase the time for the potatoes to cook but we did alot of potatoes and opening and shuting the grill too. but i will make these again everyone loved them!!

Excellent side dish!!!!!! Cooked these inside on the stove since we had Baby Backed Ribs cooking on the grill at the time. Since there is just the two of us (empty nesters many times we give our left-overs to others, including our daughter and her family. NOT with this!

This was a really great recipe and easy. The flavors melded together nicely and my son ate them and he doesn't like potato salad. The one thing I did differently was boiled the potatoes because I wasn't sure I had enought propane for the grill. They were yummy. Next time trying on the grill.
Thanks again Sandra Lee!

I followed your recipe, but my new potatoes were small (little bigger than a large walnut in the shell so I cut in half. We opted to serve the sauce on the side for our diet conscious friends. It's a very good recipe for both outdoor and indoor cooking. I agree with most people cooking times can vary. Good Job!

I made these on the grill last night for the first time. Both my husband and I devoured them. The flavor melts in your mouth and they are so so yummy and easy to make. This one is a keeper for sure! The only sub i made was that i didn't have bbq seasoning so i used bbq sauce instead. If you do that you just have to watch them a little closer because they carmelize really fast. You gotta give this one a try!
