    Easy to make and a crowd-pleaser. I used chicken thighs and a combination of swiss, Cheddar, mozzarella, and pizza cheeses, and a bit more barbecue sauce on the crust to make it saucier.

    Fabulous. Better than our local pizza place. I didn't have smoked Gouda so I used Cheddar, which I love with BBQ sauce. Will definately make again.

    I used premade crust...i boiled my chicken in seasoned water w/onions..drain water, cut up chicken toss with bbq sauce...spread even layer of bbq sauce on crust add cheese(mozzarella and mexican blend, chicken, red onion and bell peppers...then more cheese. bake and voila'!

    I made this for the family a few times now however I used the original version. Can't wait to try the remake but I'm sure it will be a delight.
