I prefer cream of mushroom and worcestershire rather than steak sauce. I also add chopped garlic.

This was such an easy dish to prepare. I love to use my slow cooker and this is just another great recipe for it. I used fresh onions and carotts and it only took a few minutes longer to prepare. I served it over hot cooked egg noodles and everyone loved it. Thanks Sandra!

I think that this recipe was great for my dinner party because it was just a few things I had to do for preparation but I didn't have to stand over the stove the whole time. the slow cooker cooked by itself giving me time to do other things to get ready for the party and not have to worry about dinner too much. When it was time for dinner, my meat was so tender and so juicy,My guest thought that I slaved in the kitchen and they raved on about my meat. I think that I will be using this recipe more often. Thank You Sandra
