The finsihed product was soupy and only tasted of beer. I would have to do some serious tweaking to this recipe before making it again. It would make a much better Italian Beef sandwich if you changed fajita seasoning to italian seasoning.

It has nice flavor but the vegetables were too mushy.

Great recipe. I used 3 fajita seasoning mix and seasoned the meat in the fridge with 1 fajita seasoning and a little beer for about a half of an hour. My picky in-laws loved it.

This was very good. I used Coca-Cola instead of beer and added 2 tablespoons of sugar. It only took 3 to 3 1/2 hours to cook. It was a little "soupy" so I thickened it with 1 1/2 teaspoons of cornstarch.
It's wonderful served over rice OR in tortillas.

This recipe was perfect for my family as we are very busy working. We set the crock pot on in the morning and everything was delicious when we got home! Sooo good, I would definitely recommend this recipe to others who do not have much time to cook.

I followed the directions exactly but didn't like the outcome. Some of the meat was dry and like a bad pot roast. The meat that ended up in the juice had a good flavor but there wasn't enough in the juice. After reading many of the favorable reviews I'm thinking I will try it again only next time add the veggies later, put the meat in the bottom of the slow cooker and cook it for less time. One reviewer said they left the lid off for a while near the end of cooking and the juice got thicker and that would be a very good thing. Too many people reviewed it as great for me to just toss this recipe aside. Second time around comin' soon.
