On TV this recipe looked delicious! In reality it was a big soupy, unflavorful mess! I followed the recipe exactly and even used the kind of beer she used on TV. I used the recommended seasoning brand; I will no longer trust that when she says a recipe is delicious on TV that it really is delicious! This recipe should be removed from the website!

This didn't work out the way I expected. The vegetables were soggy and falling apart, and the sauce was very runny. Not how I think of fajitas at all.

I first tasted the original recipe and I gave it an above average rating. I then motified the recipe and change the round steak to fajita meat (beef skirts and really enjoyed the new recipe that I modified.

The taste is great and the cooking technique is even better and easy.

Instead of sprinkling the seasoning on the steak, I mixed the two packages of seasoning with 1 bottle of mexican beer. Then I put the meat with the marinade in fridge for overnight. I followed the rest of recipe like it said. It came out really good.

This was pretty good considering it was cooked in a slow cooker. But, I?ll grill it next time.

This smelled pretty good cooking in the crockpot all day; however, it was very short on flavor. Next time, I'll go w/ the stir-fry method for preparing both the meat and the vegetables. Definitely not worth the minimum effort it required to cut up the meat and the veggies.

A great fuss no muss dinner. Was very dissappointed. Used Lawry's Frajita mix and Coors light beer. It tasted bitter, I guess from the beer and the peppers. My family all adults, HATED IT! Will not make again. Maybe only cook the meat and then stir-fry the veggies.
