I have used this recipe several times about 3 years ago and everyone loved it. Today, my husband just came home with a huge piece of salmon, so I am glad I looked up this recipe again for us to enjoy.

I made this for my husband and he loved it! He wanted it added to the "regulars". I love it too because it is so easy and I always have the ingredients laying around in my kitchen. I used a dark beer and it turned out delicious. The brown sugar MAKES this recipe!

This receipt is great, however, I did not add the brown sugar, I didn't think I would like my salmon sweet, and instead of cooking it in the grill, I cooked it in the over; it turned out great.

My whole family, including my two small children, raved about this dish. It is simple to make and only takes a few minutes. It has excellent flavor! We will definitely be making this recipe again and for guests too!

I thought that making the foil tray was the hardest part here when I had to carry it to the grill! LOL! We used Corona Light and although it was not bad, I would use a darker beer next time. We cooked ours a little longer..about 11 minutes and I still would have cooked it longer. It had pretty good flavor and I did not use as much brown sugar as the recipe called for so we did not get the sweet issue that others did. Definately one to try again though and I can see how the beer can really change the flavor!

This was an excellent dish! The only thing I did different was cooking it in the oven in a covered dish.I also used white onions since I forgot to buy the red ones. I don't know where others are coming up with an after taste, mine was excellent. I will be making it again!

This was very easy and quick. We used a good quality beer and it was not bitter like other reviews stated. I also used white onions instead of red. I would make this again.
