This was very easy and quick. We used a good quality beer and it was not bitter like other reviews stated. I also used white onions instead of red. I would make this again.

This was so tasty! I made it for my family and along with 3 other types of salmon and they liked this one the best! It is on the sweet side and a fun new way to make salmon.

This is a great salmon recipe that is different from anything else I have tried. Living in Alaska, we eat alot of salmon. I enjoyed how easy it was.

I grill beef and pork often but not very much fish. I asked my Wife to buy some Salmon then I searched The Food Network for a recipe. I liked the sound of this one and it came out GREAT! I will do it again.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I woudl recommend NOT using a low carb or light beer, though. I think the kind of beer you use really depends on how this turns out. We used new castle, which was really good. Also, I would use plain white onions instead of the red, which turn really dull in color after cooking.

My husband fixes this for me and I like the leftovers on salad the next day (if there are any leftovers! I highly recommend.

It was just right- no overpowering spices- cooked it a little more than suggested. This is now my favorite way to cook salmon.

The beer-sugar salmon was much too sweet and it had a bitter aftertaste from the beer. My husband, in particular, didn't care for it. We did later try a herb-white wine salmon, prepared in a similar fashion and that was just superb.

Easy, comes out great every time. Strongly recommend using heavy duty foil so it doesn't leak. It even tastes good with cheap beer - so save the good stuff to drink!
