Ingredients

  • 1 cup light whipped topping (recommended: Cool Whip Lite)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Champagne flavoring (recommended: LorAnn Gourmet)
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen mixed berries, thawed in refrigerator

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together the whipped topping and Champagne flavor. Layer the berries and champagne cream in champagne flutes. Serve immediately.

    It was pleasant; elegant dessert to serve on a home date; couldn't find champagne extract; used rum; if you put enough you can taste the difference; also dusted top with sugar; next time may try fresh berries or find a way to sweeten the frozen berries; bit too tart

    My family and friends loved it. I used 2 cups of the "Light" Cool Whip and one-half of 1/8 teaspoon of Almond flavoring. It was awesome and light. I only one bag of frozen blueberries and one bag of frozen strawberries and served them in ice-cream sundae glasses for 7 servings. Will serve again.
