Prepared rub and put in slow cooker for 8 hours and the flavor was just delicious! The pork was on sale for quick sale $4.92 5 lbs at my market and we had lots of leftovers after having dinner for four. Two of them are big meat eaters! The slaw was good but I would put it together sooner next time to see if the flavors meld better. The vinegar was a standout but a good flavor maybe just a little less of it. I would definitely cook again. EASY!
