I was hoping to find a decent quesadilla recipe that even my kids would like, but this definitely isn't it. Neither the kids nor the adults in our family liked this at all. I will continue my search.

and tasty. This is a great recipe. You can easily add more spice if you like spicier quesadillas.

That's all it had going for it. It had almost no flavor and the proportion of beans to tortillas was way way off.

Really makes a great dinner or lunch and is so easy to make, the other great thing is you can use whatever ingredients you want. I have told all my friends about this one.

great quesadillas!! Simple straight forward and good! For the people that wanted more spice, it's super easy to add more if you like your quesadillas spicier. Just add some garlic and peppers or use spicier cheese or salsa. Easy! We loved these just the way they were though.
