Who doesn't like their tortillas stuffed to the gills with beans and lard? I sure do and I know you will too! You need not trouble yourself with fancy "gourmet" additions like salsa or herbs. This quesadilla is incredibly tantalizing AS IS!

Half her recipes are overpiced and too salty and half are like this one -- devoid of any flavor. This is one of the most forgettable of her many recipes. Skip it.

These are so good! You can also cook them on the grill (but keep an eye on them so that the tortilla gets crispy! Yum!
