I mite use the glaze on baby backs. I dont think it worked too well with lamb. Lamb has a very different taste than meat.

The sauce looked and tasted like burned black tar. It was horrendous. The only way you could actually eat the meat was to scrap all the sauce off (as much as you could and rinse the lamb chops off under running water. Even then the awful burned taste permeated the meat.

take it from someone who actually tried this recipe very nicely balanced...the molasses to the steak sauce balanced out did not overtake lamb...just note lamb can be pricy
