    The burger is salty and dry and has a very peculiar, unpleasant taste. Sort of like burned rubber. The sauce was unbelievably bad -- a horrible combo of flavors. Just NO.

    A simple recipe ruined by that horrific "mustard sauce." who wants cider and tarragon on a hamburger? Yuck.

    I thought this sounded like a fun burger so I tried it last night for dinner. It was horrible! The cracked peppercorns on the ouside of the burger burned and got even harder, if you can imagine that. And once I knocked them off a part of the burger and managed to taste the inside it was boring. The sauce was salty and did nothing to improve the situation. I can't figure out what the relish skewer in the ingredients list is but I doubt it would have helped. It's just downright inedible.
