  • 1 (15-ounce) can stout beer, chilled
  • 1 (12-ounce) bottle hard cider, chilled

Directions

Divide the beer between 4 champagne flutes or cocktail glasses. Gently pour the sparkling cider on top of the beer and serve.

    Smooth, creamy, not unlike black & tan. Found a 6-pack of Irish cider in the cold beer section and oversized Guinness stout also. We Love It! Give it a try.

    what exactly is "hard cider" and where do you find it? we have the stout beer, now just need the cider.

    I disagree with "wrong wrong wrong" that this is not money saving!! Sandra Lee has such great ideas! You just have to be creative on your own to find uses for the remaining ingredients! If you're really stumped, try doing an ingredient search and building a menu around that. Just keep expiration dates in mind!
