So easy, my husband and I enjoyed preparing together. Wished our blackberrys had been sweeter. We may have picked too soon from the community garden. None the less we loved it with a scoop of ice cream :

Excellent but I used a crumb topping which was crunchy. Very good..I also used individual ramkins.

I just served this amazing cobbler to a dinner party of six. It received Rave Reviews! I was able to put this simple cobbler together right before I served dinner, and it was ready to be served once everyone finished. I did substitute fresh blackberries for the frozen ones listed. It still was great. I can't wait to make this again....next time I hope to have some wonderful ice cream to top it off!

Although the blackberry filling in this recipe is very good, the dough is not sweet enough. It's much more like eating a biscuit with sweetened blackberries, which is not my idea of blackberry cobbler.

I couldn't find just cream soda, so I used Hansen's Cherry Vanilla Cream Soda.
I also needed more regular bisquick for the crust so I added more then used Heavy whipping cream to finish the crust.
This was super easy to make and everyone just loved it.

This recipe is a hit, it's a must try!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this recipe!! It's super easy. Doubled the recipe for Thanksgiving, it was the 1st desert to vanish. Not to mention you can drink the cream soda you don't use : My hubby said it was better than Mrs. Smiths!
Way to go Sandra, you rock!
