My son and I picked a huge bowl of blackberries from my parents farm. Dad stated that I was welcome to take them home as long as I brought them back in a cobbler. I came home and pulled up this recipe. It was amazingly easy and probably the best dessert I have ever made. My son was thrilled to get to cook with the berries that we had picked and it was truly heartwarming to share the dish with our family!!!

Recently my neighbor treated us to the wonderful blackberry cobbler. It was elegant in it's own ramakin and so delicious. She said it was a very easy dish to make and it was a big hit with our family. I plan on making this for our family renuion.

Extremely easy to make. The first time I made it I used frozen mixed berries and it was a little rich. The next time I made it I used canned apples and transfered to the bottom of the ramekins then the mixed berries mixture on top. I didn't have any bisquick complete so I used regular bisquick and it turned out great. I love this recipe and so do my friends.
