My husband & I really enjoyed this dinner. It went together pretty quickly and had lots of flavor.

If anyone monitors these comments, could we get the full shopping list for this episide? The list right now is just for Fruits & Vegetables.

I seen this on Sun. Morning. It looked extremly delish. So I fixed it and all I can say is wow!!!!! My hubby loved it! I loved it!!! It wasn't hard to fix, tasted incredible. Only thing is I think it is for family of four and just me and hubby. So I need to down size the amount of rice and vegi's but still good enough to eat more than once. We are looking forward to the round two recipe of cajun dirty rice! That is supper tonight. Going to town so I will be really tired to cook. Easy yummy supper tonight I believe. Thanks for your show and tips on money saving recipes and tips Sandra. I LOVE BOTH of your shows!!!!! YOU are amazing! Thanks for helping stretch a dollar with tasty meals!

I saw it this morning on TV and made it for dinner. My family loved it! I have a husband and two boys and the amount of catfish was barely enough to feed all of us and none leftover for dirty rice dish. I would recommend doubling the catfish if you have big appetites! But it was so easy and delicious!
