My husband and I loved this! Nice a juicy. I was a little skeptical of the blue cheese butter (even though I am a huge fan of blue cheese but it added a wonderful taste. Not too buttery, just creamy cheesy wonderful flavor. Think the butter might be good just drizzled lightly over some warm potatoes or fries!

This was fantastic!! Soooooo easy and simple to make and full of flavor. Love it! It's also one of those recipes that will be easy to remember when I'm at the grocery store wondering what to have for dinner.

I put the blue cheese crumbles/I can't believe it's not butter spread on the onion buns and toasted the on the grill. It was excellent. The burger was awesome too. I made bacon extra crispy too. Poured a little blue cheese dressing on top of the burger as well. I made some o' rida criss cross fries and thought I should have put them on top of the burger too. I'm weird like that. When I used to eat McDonald's I'd put fries on my Big Mac, but that's just me. I'm going to make this burger again.

I made these with sirloin instead of ground beef and they are absolutely delicious! They are so full of flavor and juicy. With the butter and blue cheese topping there is no need for condiments. They are so quick to make it makes it a great middle of the week meal.

I have made these burgers several times and each time I am reminded of how easy, quick, and delicious they are. While making this week's menu, my husband requested them again, but suggested that we try them with ground turkey instead. They were just as delicious, but a little bit dry (not surprising with ground turkey. Next time I make them with turkey, I will add a little bit more cheese and bacon to help counter the dryness. I recently bought Sandra Lee's cookbook for my step-daughter as she has taken an interest in cooking. Sandra, I think these would be a great addition to the book, with some guidance from an adult on the broiler, they are very easy to make. Thanks for another great recipe!

Could not be any better. Don't forget the blue cheese butter because it really makes the recipe!

these were so incredibly delicious. i shared the recipe with several people. my husband and i were both a little leery since neither of us are wild about bleu cheese. however we gave it a shot and wow is all i can say. we did not use the bacon bits by the way. we grilled these using our indoor foreman grill and it worked wonderfully. the bleu cheese bits melted perfectly and that butter spread? oh my goodness. i hate that there was so much leftover though, looking for a way to use the rest before it goes bad. we were worried about our kids' reactions too (ages 2 and 6 but my son told me they were the best burgers he's ever had and asked for a second one! that does not happen often, if ever at all. my husband also added provolone cheese on his. sandra your recipes always look devine and i'm thrilled to have finally made one of them at home. going to make these again next week before the container of bleu cheese goes bad. total hit on this one folks!
