These burgers are awesome! You really need to get the full effect by using the butter and onion roll. These are in no way healthy, but if you want to splurge then this is a great recipe to do so. We served these to many people and all went home with the recipe.

I followed thr recipe using 1 pound of ground sirloin & 4 0z. bleu cheese. I did not use salt & pepper because the steak seasonig has enough spices in it.Melted in all me matey's mouth's !!

I read earlier reviews so I watched out on the salt. I know that the montreal steak seasoning has salt in it and the cheese would also contribute saltiness, so I didn't use salt at all. I used fetta cheese since I don't really fond of bleu cheese. I also add parsley in the butter cheese mixture for extra freshness. I cooked it under the broiler in the oven just like she advise, 5 minutes on each side. It turned out perfect, very juicy. It was the best burger I have ever made. Usually I used breadcrumb in the burger mixture and it turned out dry. I Loooovvvveeeeeeeeee it sooooo much!!!!
