This recipie is great... very easy to prepare and tastes wonderful. Resturant quality desert that will definately make your guests think you worked all day! Small tip- do not take the tarts out of thier little metal pans until you are ready to serve. If you do the crusts will fall apart.

Next time, I will 1/2 the compote recipe or forget it all together. The full recipe leaves a lot leftover. The lemon tart was great even w/out the topping. I made a full pie in a graham cracker crust, and it couldn't have been simpler. I added some fresh lemon juice to the filling for more flavor. Great summer recipe!

It's always nice to get a recipe that is easy to make and tastes wonderful. Looks elegant too. I use pie filling on top instead of compote. Much easier, and it is excellent. Thanks Sandra. Another winner! :

I made the Lemon Tartlets, only I used the regular graham cracker pie crust. Loved it. So fast and easy to make. The lemon curd was the big plus. We love the cherry pie filling with it.
