I was really excited to see this recipe as my husband and I both love pesto and artichokes. Seemed like a match made in heaven. The artichokes somehow lost their flavor in the process of making this a paste. The dish turned out pretty bland. I did use pine nuts instead of walnuts (not a fan of walnuts and Sandra recommended using any type of nuts during the airing of the episode. I was hoping for a quick weeknight dinner, but I don't think we'll be trying this again.
