    This salad is delicious and simple to make... I crave it! Make sure you give the salad some time to soak up the dressing.

    I've made this salad more than a couple of times and I made in again
    for a party and it was all gone. I like the taste of the red wine
    dressing and I made some for work last night and my co-worker
    loved it. So I'm giving him the recipe tomorrow. The croutons
    make the salad. You just gotta let it soak up enough liquid to
    soften up the croutons some. You either love this salad or you
    don't. I love it.

    I used some homemade croutons that I had on hand, and this was a beautiful and delicious salad. The croutons softened just enough when I let it sit for a bit before serving.

    My husband and I love this salad! I've made it several times. It's easy, looks great and tastes great. Who needs lettuce anyway?

    It may have been ok without the croutons. The croutons get too wet and just don't hold up well. I love this salad so I thought maybe the shortcut would be good. It's not that hard too cut up braed. The dresing could have used a little more flavor as well.
