I'd serve this with the dressing on the side--just for ease of handling. It is actually just like onion dip, just thicker to stand up to the piping. I preferred using Ranch seasoning. The yogurt and cream cheese is a nice low cal version.

Finally broke down and watch her show for the first time, but....
Everyone can do blanched or steamed broccolli....what's with the cream cheese squeeze over it...yuk! And this is supposed to be a recipe? Sorry, she just doesn't cut it.....

Clever, festive-looking, healthy and very tasty! Great for a holiday side dish.

Steamed broccoli is delicious, plain or with a squeeze of lemon. Maybe this could be a 'dip' along side the broccoli, but the 'pie' effect wasn't appetizing looking. This wouldn't entice kids either if that was what she was going for. I was surprised the healthy-food-policewoman didn't stop her/scold her for ruining wonderfully fresh, bright green broccoli with this heavy, onion-y, completely unnecessary mess. Skip this 'recipe'.

A beautiful variation on a crudite plate. I just added salt to the boiling water so the broccoli was flavored. Then served it with pretty party toothpicks and extra sauce on the side.

I've always been a fan of Sandra Lee and never understood all the mean messages about her. However, after this recipe, I get it! Is this even a recipe? How do you eat this? This is a mess!!
