I used Ranch Dressing instead. Used 2.5lb chicken, and 1lb of cheese. Fed 6 men during Super Bowl. Also, I put half cheese on crust before any topping, then placed all remaining on top to 'cover and hold' the toppings. Then, for color, I drizzled the top with the wing sauce. After the whole thing came out of oven, for fun and color, I put carrot shavings on top for color only. Really fun to make, great taste. It disappeared fast.

Scrumptious!!! We used Paula Deens Buffalo sauce and it was spicy!!! Next time we are trying Franks. We are working our way through all the differnt chefs pizza recipes. We made our own dough and used store bought. It really does not make a differnece. The celery was good. Wouldn't change a thing with this recipe.

awesome, the best pizza, friends love it. Added Blue cheese crumbles to the mozzarella topping, the celery is a winner. Franks hot sauce a must.

The only thing I would change is to use Rooties Blue Cheese dressing on it..I live near Buffalo and that is what we use for Blue Cheese when at home. I know that is a local item and I cant really suggest anything close to it..It is technically a dressing but it is really really thick and strong and so far I have been unable to find a commercial dressing close to it..The celery on it is a nice idea and tastes fine but I guess I am not used to eating it with chicken in the same bite...:-...too traditionalist for that I think...just kidding..PS> if you want authentic Buffalo always buy Franks Hot Sauce for anything Buffalo..this what what everyone uses here..home and restaurant. Others would work but for authentic go with Franks.

The best pizza I have ever had....and I made it at home! Although, I made my own pizza crust and skipped the celery, I think this recipe is truly exceptional. Very easy to make as well!

Delicious recipe! The celery was a unique twist, and the blue cheese base provided a great fundamental flavor. I hope the experience of this recipe is great for everyone!

this pizza was awesome. I love raw celery but was a little worried about the celery being cooked bu it was still crisp after cooking. was quick and great. will definitely make this again.

Loved it, and so did my husband. He didn't like the celery, but I was surprised at how well it worked, and will keep it on there (at least half!. I only changed two minor things, and would change two more next time. One, let the chicken soak in the sauce for about an hour. Two, I grilled the onions right after the chicken. (Tip: our George Foreman worked GREAT for this! Next time, I will cut the chicken into bite-size pieces (as per my husband's request, and I would like to find something other than crescent-roll tasting dough. Other than that, it was great!
