    I made this for a date night dinner, and all my BF and I talked about for the first half of dinner, was how STINKIN' good this chicken was!!! And the sandwiches the next day were awesome!! Not bland at all!!!

    I've made this dish twice, once for my family and once for some friends. I however make my own jerk seasoning and used that. I also replaced the alcohol in the glaze with more fruit juice.

    I used regular chicken breast instead of a whole chicken. My hubby thought it was amazing. It was "super simple" to make too!

    Yes, this is a simple recipe but it may be challenging for a beginner cook. No need for such a sharp tongue. We thought it was fine, but next time will use more jerk seasoning so it will have more flavor.
