    I expected a lot more from the recipe. It didn't have much taste and the basting sauce burned way too easily. Disappointing!

    I made this using regular boneless chicken breast on the grill... I made some variations... Barcardi Lemon- instead of regular rum... added some jerk seasoning sauce and took out some of the brown sugar. This was a total hit at my BBQ party! YUM!

    I baked the chicken in the Radar Range on high in the rum sauce and the sauce burned before the chicken got done. But I tried it again on medium and the result was outstanding.

    I made this for a BBQ last weekend and am going to be making it again for the Fourth of July. It was so good, it became a topic of conversation for awhile : Not only me, but some of my guests could not get over the great flavor!!!!!!! thx :
