    Very average. Needed some time to let the flavor develop rather that cooking right after seasoning the meat. Quite bland, really. And do make sure you use a thermometer. The chicken is far from done per recipe. Not a keeper. Would recommend Walkerswood Jerk paste instead.

    hearty taste!!! You can use a meat thermometer as the recipe says if you want to make sure you cook your chicken long enough. Try again with one you won't be sorry!!

    People did not ask me for the recipe but they did ask me to not even think about bringing it to the 4th of July cookout. It sat there on the platter, all hacked up and oozing red juice.
