    This chicken had very little taste for all the jerk stuff I put on it. The marinade was okay but it burned very easily.

    You should let the chicken sit for a long time after coating it with the seasoning or it will be very bland.

    It is where jerk seasoning COMES from. I am surprised Sandra didn't explain it to you. epicurious.com may clear things up for you if you are confused.

    I pureed all the ingredients - tasted like Jamaica on a cracker! Guests were surprised - kept asking - what exactly is this supposed to be.
