    I think that if you bake the squash at 350 for 30min with salt and pepper. then follow the recipe. I had no problem with it. So you dont mind I will stay up on that horse.

    The squash was uncooked! I cooked it longer and the then rice was way too mushy. I think the directions may be wrong.

    My squash didn't fully cook either. Is it supposed to be frozen first? Or diced really small? I sliced it. Thank you reviewer just before me for trying to be helpful unlike the snot-nosed person just before you.

    What did you win, your own cooking show? I'm sure you didn't. I've tried several of her recipes, they are good and they are "semi homemade". Get it. She's not trying to invent the wheel so get a life! You know what they say about Karma.

    I followed the recipe instructions and the squash was not fully cooked. Get off your high horse.

    Turned out great! I chopped my own onion and left out the mushrooms (bf doesn't like mushrooms, also used basmatii rice b/c I could not find rice called for. Was excellent! Presentation was beautiful and easy. Great recipe.
