I was so eager to fix this for my grandchildren, so I watched the video twice and bought all the ingrediants. This was the biggest flop I ever had! It is a was of time and it is like throwing good ingredients to the bad. I would never waste my time or ingredients on this again.

I melted the chocolate and butterscotch, formed the ice cream scoops and froze them for thirty minutes. By the time the were ready the chocolate and butterscoth had hardened. Remelting them was a disaster. When I poured a new batch of topping over the ice cream, I ended up with shells and melted ice cream. I finally gave up.

By the time you arrange these on a platter they're halfway melted. Maybe they're okay if you stand at the freezer door and shovel them in your mouth but my mama raised me better than that.

These melted all over and made a mess. Melting ice cream in a waxy butterscotch holder is not exactly a decadent delight. You would do well to find another recipe.

i followed the recipe exactly as written and ended up throwing the bon bons away. not sure why the topping wouldnt stick, it just slid down sides and created one big mess.
