1 lemon was way too much. it ended up tasting super tart. very lemony. I think if you're going to do the lemon, do 1/2 a lemon and skip the zest. Or.. just do the zest and not the juice (didn't try that. I used Marzetti's Ceasar dressing.. which is my favorite ceasar dressing. I wouldn't recommended the bottled kind. I also put some carrots and chicken. Turned out not too shabby! I would probably make it again.

I haven't made this yet, but I plan on changing it up a bit. I'm going to add chicken breast cubes instead of the croutons (which I think will get soggy and then add crumbled bacon on top, topped with parmesan cheese, grape tomatoes and parsley for color. It would look extra pretty in a bowl lined with lettuce leaves...YUM!

The pasta salad was ok but it was too runny and tart. Might be better with just lemon zest and not the lemon juice.

Not bad, but could be MUCH improved by using a homemade Caesar dressing and croutons. Bottled dressing can't compare to real. I do like Ken's dressings in a pinch, pretty tasty for bottled. Croutons are so easy, boxed are so salty and 'fake' tasting. The bite of the cheese is yummy with pasta and the flavors please a wide variety of people, so GREAT for a party or tailgate.
