I substituted the pork with beef, and it was alright. It kind of has a little weird flavor to me, but my husband loves it.

These had a nice kick to them. I did them inside and did cut the oil down to 1 tablespoon.

I made these and my husband and I loved them. You have to be carefull not to over cook them because pork has a tendencey to become dry. We enjoyed having something other than beef burgers. Loved the sauce also. I made the burgers a little thinner because I got more than the recipe called for.

The "pork burger" was bad enough but the sauce was just ghastly.

Rather than just pork, I added some ground chuck--Pork and I have bad blood between each other.(I've tried making pork burgers on my own one time--they fell apart on the grill! v_v The meat held together when on the grill, and tasted great. I recommend 'em!

We love pork breakfast sausage (which I make myself so this burger seemed like a great idea. Well, I was totally wrong about that. A large burger like this made just from pork is really pretty unappetizing. We didn't care at all for the seasoning she selected, but even if seasoned differently, no one in my family would ever touch a "pork burger" like this again. Sorry.
