Absolutely delicious! Have been looking for a good turkey burger recipe. I did tweak the recipe a bit though. For hot sauce and black pepper I cut back the portion to 1/4 teaspoon each. I also diced sweet onion (Vidalia or Texas Sweets and used red bell pepper in place of onion and green pepper. The changes did not take away from the original recipe as the burgers were wonderful and still had the bite of hot sauce and black pepper. I feel the onion buns added another layer of flavor and will definitely use them as opposed to plain buns.
Can't wait to make more and freeze for beach cookouts!

I loved this recipe, but revised it. My husband and I love spicy food so I added a fresh serrano pepper and a habanero pepper. Just diced them both up and added it to the mix. Also, didnt add the bacon.

Substituted turkey bacon, diced and sauteed in a tsp of bacon drippings, did not have Cajun seasoning so I Googled it and got as close as I could to it. Added very thinly sliced pepper-jack to top and they were VERY YUMMY!!!

This recipe is delicious & great for me because I don't eat beef. I used turkey bacon instead of pork bacon & it was great. I also have substitued her sauce (which is very good with a chipotle mayo & it was delicious as well. The fries turned out great

They are very tasty and I'd make them again, just smaller. The portions are generous. Curly fries turned out fine too.

My husband and I love these! We're not big fans of turkey burgers, but these have lots of flavor. The only thing that I change is to leave out the bacon bits. The burgers are flavorful enough without them. The sauce is wonderful too, and so easy. They may be a bit spicy for some folks, but it suits our taste perfectly. The spicy curly fries are great with this.

My family hated turkey burgers until tonight. My 3, 6, and 8 year old loved them! They were moist and tasty; I skipped the hot sauce for fear that it may be too spicy for the kids. We ate them on whole grain pitas with the sweet potato oven fries recipe also from this site. Thank you for this recipe!

I used ground turkey breast, which is very lean and can be somewhat dry. No problem here! The green peppers and onions added great moisture, and the sauce was perfect. Used "light" ranch dressing for what it's worth. Definitely the perfect condiment for these burgers, which have great flavor by themselves but benefit from the extra moisture and heat in the sauce. Got four nice-sized burgers out of this recipe. Cooked nicely even in a grill-pan.
