I tried other turkey burgers before but this is great! Everytime I prepare this recipe, everybody goes crazy for it. So, I usually put the turkey and spices and onion together overnight in the fridge. They are really moist and if you have any left, they are even better the next day. Loved it!

Wow! made this with the fries and it was fast and easy and the burgers were juicy and very tasty. My husband liked the meal too and wants me to make it again soon.

I'm not a ground turkey fan (it's a texture thing and I didn't use the bacon (kind of defeats the purpose of using turkey to begin with, but this recipe, along with the Neely's remoulade (fried catfish episopewas pretty good.

For me, the heat level was light, so if you like hot, triple it. Same w/the remoulade. Read the label on the Cajun spice - bet the first ingredient is salt. You've been warned.

Onion buns are a big plus.

I didn't make the fries, but made the burgers. They didn't even taste like turkey burger - wonderful! They were zesty and hearty. Our family loved them.
