THESE COOKIES WERE BLAND, TASTELESS AND HORRIBLE. I WOULD NEVER MAKE THIS RECIPE AGAIN

Everyone at the Christmas Cookie Swap that I went to LOVED the cookies! They thought they were just adorable and delicious! Although, it did take a little longer than expected to twist all of the dough together because I had to make double the recipe. But the rating was great!

I made candy cane cookies from scratch last year and it was a real pain. These are MUCH easier as the dough was no problem to work with and they taste great. This recipe is a definite keeper!

Usually I am a fan of Sandra's baking short cuts but these cookies tasted like flour. I ended up remaking them just using the directions on the sugar cookie mix and boy did they turn out good.

I made this in anticipation of the arrival of my favorite nephew in the world! Bricer is just the best and he and I always have a wonderful time together. Unfortunately, he took one bit of a cookie, made with this dough, and put it back down again. I know this bot like the back of my hand! For Bricer to refuse something, it HAS to be bad tasting... I took a bite and found out what the problem was. I think the excess food coloring and cheap packaged dough make for a bad combination. I did my little Bricer a favor and prepared him something from scratch! He put that little smile on his face for me and he and I went snow sledding! We had a great weekend!

I thought this might have been a nice festive thing for my girls and I to make. I quickly found out that too much food coloring makes cookies taste very bad. I threw this dough out and made some from scratch. My girls and I had a great night anyway!

Very peppermint. I love homemade cookie dough and storebought cookie dough! Preparing these delicious cookies with storebought is MUCHO faster. If you don't like the idea of cookies not made from scratch you probably shouldn't watch this show. Hello: the title is SEMI-homemade. These were the best holiday cookies ever! I've make them three times and each time they came out great.

These cookies just don't come out properly. I've tried three times now and can't put my finger on it? At least my dog enjoyed her holiday treats! lol!

I loved the way the cookie turned out it taste great, but I found the dough a little unwieldy and sticky to make the candy canes. So I made them into checkerboard cookies (less fragile. I used mint oil instead of peppermint oil, it worked fine.

These cookies were a let down because of the taste and texture of them. Something is just not right about them. Save your money and make some cookies yourself from scratch. Store bought is just that.....store bought taste/texture. No thanks.
