If you use fresh juiced cantelope and alot of lime, and use Melon Vodka, Mango Rum and just a splash for the color of Watermelon Schnapps you wont go wrong. This is my signature drink. You don't want to taste the sweet liquor just the cantelope and good liquor. Trust me over summer this is the drink d'jour.

Good, but it can be too sweet if you use more than a dash of Midori.

The mild cantaloupe was kind of overpowered by the strong watermelon vodka.

Funny color with the midori, sugar didn't dissolve and the texture was a little gritty.

Omit the Midori and it might be okay. As it is we did not find it appealing.

The melon vodka had a weird after taste. This might be better with plain vodka instead of flavored.

lood like brown when mixed. No body was willing to even try this because of the color. It was not outstanding tasting either.

to get this to work since we had all the ingredients. The recipe just was not very good. The texture was not apppealing. Then we tried to do the shots as suggested, but those weren't so hot either. Even tripple strained as suggested. Still not right. Finally gave up, ate the cantaloupe and made midori sours.

too little flavor. We tried to omit the water but the texture was not right. Chalk this one up to a loss.
