This was so awesome, my grandson hates carrots and raisins, haha!! what a good way to incorporate that in to this recipe, he ate the whole thing. I followed the recipe exact 2 cream cheese and it came out great!! I give it 5 stars but I could not get the stars to stay.

This was so yummy, I did cheat a little bit and I used already made Cream cheese frosting. I started using the ice cream scoop like she did on t.v. but it made them really big so I just shaped them by hand using a teaspoon and they turned out perfect. Also my batter was a little dry so I added about a tablespoon of water and it was perfect.

A lot of times you watch the show and the recipes does not match. Sandra puts in 3 - 8 oz. cream cheese in the filling on the show, but when you print the recipe it says 1 lb. cream cheese. That would be only 2 packages of 8 oz. cream cheese. I honestly wish they would double check recipes before they post them.
