    I didn't make the ice cream so I'm not rating it but the caramel cups were an interesting idea. Like another reviewer said, you can do many things with them. I used them instead of pasties and all my girlfriends loved them!

    I couldn't make the cups. The ice cream was good although, if you don't like black pepper do not add it to the recipe.

    I love Chai and caramel so this recipe appeals to me. To make it easier with a better texture, try using instant Chai tea mix. It's flavor is just right without going over the top, and the ice cream won't be icy because you won't be adding liquid Chai.

    I actually made this recipe and can tell you that it's totaly NOT worht the effort. The ice cream is grainy and tastes thin. The cups are nearly impossible to make. The overall appearance of them is very sloppy and amateurish. A recipe to AVOID.
