What a disaster! I wasn't able to use the cookie cutters easily enough and ended up just glazing a whole pre-made cheesecake. Granted I didn't have many options for chessecakes and a thinner one might have been easier t work with.

I've about decided that FN needs to take a closer look at Ms. Lee. Every time I have tried one of her recipes lately the result seems to be either ugly and distasteful in appearance or just tastes terrible. Sometimes- if I'm truly lucky- both. This just goes into my "Never, Ever Again' folder.

This was so classy to made, no waste, I smashed up the leftover cheesecake and had whole strawberrys I wrapped the cheesecake around the bottom of the strawberrys and dipped them in chocolate and sit them a sit to get hard. Who Knew my dinner party look like it was catered by a 5 star chef. You rock, no time for haters! Duh, you should have know you would have leftovers, need to know how to work it!

This was tasteful and beautiful everyone wanted to know where i got the recipe. As far as the leftover cheesecake others complained about put it in a container and save it for a delicious desert later. I took some vanilla icecream let it soften and mixed the leftover cheesecake in it sorta like a dairy queen blizzard, the kids and family loved both desserts, double the delight.

This is not an easy recipe to make. There is a lot of work involved and even then it looked a fright. We weren't all that impressed with how it tasted, either.

These were extremely messy and very wasteful as others have noted. They didn't even taste that good either. I think Semi-Homemade should be about saving time in the kitchen, not wasting it.

These cakes tasted great, but it was not nearly as easy as the recipe made it sound. My glaze took a lot longer to make than the recipe suggested. I just couldn't make them look nearly as pretty as Sandra did.
