Couldn't get it quite smooth but it was a great hit. Did an extra half on everything but the beer and the taste was Just right. Thank you

This was a hit at my house. I had a lot of cheddar and a heineken. I didn't have worcheshire sauce though. It was really tasty with day old white french bread.

I make this recipe all the time for Girls' Night! We love it - especially with Granny Smith apples! It is so easy and delicious - I'd reccomend it to anyone to try!

I have made this fondue numerous times and just love it. I used 2% cheese the last time and it was just as wonderful. My friends always ask for the recipe.
To my surprise, the Melting Pot resturant added what tastes like the same fondue during their last menu.

I made with Sam Adams and used regular french bread and didn't make the bread in the recipe. My husband and I loved this. Ours was thick and we loved the flavor. I can see how someone may not like the flavor, but the recipe itself is great!!! We will make this again especially at the holidays!

I tried the recipe tonight and it works.
My friend and I enjoyed our fondue very much.
Before I try this recipe,I was so worried. You can see so many different reivews here and rated it from 1 star to 5 stars. I followed the directions and used Bud Light lime beer that I only have.It turned out great and tasted great too.
If you want to try this recipe,go ahead and don't forget to use whisk. Use your whisk all the time.

I have made this recipe several times now, and I always get rave reviews from friends and relatives. I love cheddar fondue, and the beer adds great depth to the flavor. I just use cubed French bread instead of the following bread recipe. It's quick, tasty, and a huge hit!

I had made this for my friends and they have all asked for the recipe! It is super easy and very delicious. I like to use sausage and steamed veggies for dippers. I like to use potatoes, broccoli and asparagus.

I thought it was great, but I found that using a cheap ale worked much better than using the "good stuff". Leave the Sam Adams, the Bass, the Newcastle or whathaveyou in the fridge and use the Bud. Also, I feel that most of the negative reviews have been unfair. If yours taste bitter, try it with a different beer, if it is too thin, it needs more flour, if it is too thick, add a bit more beer or even water. If you don't like the flavor of beer and cheese together, it is one thing and a personal preference at that, but to just say that it tastes horrible is a bit exagerated. If you liken it to wallpaper paste, then at least I find you a bit more credible, since now I have something to go with.
